Marching Mapper stores account information with your consent. This includes your first name, last name, email address, and a small amount of profile information (director, student, designer, or arranger).

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Passwords are never stored in plaintext. We use up-to-date encryption practices to help keep your information safe.

We do not sell or share your information with third parties. The only time we share data is when you choose to share a show with another user, or if you choose to share your profile information publicly on the site. In those cases, only the information you choose to share is visible to other users. We do not share your information with advertisers or other third parties.

To understand broad usage patterns, we may store an anonymized, very coarse location point derived from IP address geolocation. This location is heavily rounded to a wide area (for example, region/state or country-level approximation), and is stored separately from user accounts.

We do not store precise GPS coordinates for this feature, and we do not ask for device location permissions.
