I have used other software and even done old school hand written dots and I can confidently say Marching Mapper is the way to go. The software itself is user friendly, easy to learn, and has truly elevated my abilities as a designer. The ability to customize uniforms and add choreography within the 3d viewer helps bring your ideas to life instantaneously, allowing for fewer corrections during rehearsal. Not to mention that it costs a fraction of the competition, and features a permanent license option, which the other guys don’t offer. Any time I’ve needed support the team has been friendly and prompt in addressing my concerns. They also have very helpful tutorial videos to get you started. I truly cannot recommend Marching Mapper enough! If you are an aspiring designer or a veteran of the activity, you will fall in love with this product.
